Institutions will be solely responsible for the correctness, authenticity or updating of any information about the students, to be provided by them It is the sole responsibility of the Institution to obtain consent from the pass-out/final year students, before uploading their data in a public domain like Employment Bank West Bengal. The Institution shall verify / authenticate the students’ information before its use/uploading. They shall be responsible for the fallout of any incorrect information in any regard to be provided and authenticated by them. The Employment Bank West Bengal shall have the sole discretion to delete any uploaded information if these violate the terms of use. The Institutions shall maintain confidentiality of their password and account and be responsible for any unauthorized use of its account and password. For any settlement of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Kolkata High Court or subordinate judiciary as the case may be within territory of state of West Bengal.
